We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We accept all PPO plans and are in-network with the following carriers: Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental and Principal. In addition, we offer financing through Care Credit. To find out if we accept your plan, please call our office.
We take major PPO dental insurance plans. We will provide you with an estimate of your co-payment prior to or during your visit. Our office will provide necessary documentation to your insurance company if they request documentation, to sort out any questions that may arise.
We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellation otherwise a fee will be charged.
